The #1 Thing That ALL Successful Online Trainers And Coach Have

The video, the tip of today, what this video's going to specifically take you through, is the number one thing that successful online trainers, successful coaches, have and the number one thing that unsuccessful online trainers, unsuccessful coaches, do not have. There are many tactics, tools, weapons that go around strategies, that go around in terms of how to get leads, how to make those leads warm, how to close them at the right price points, how to deliver amazing services and so on and so forth.

Now, tactics come and go. Strategies stick around long-term, key strategies, but there's one thing that sits on top of all of that, is the glue to it all, and what I mean by that is you can have the weapons, the tools, you can have the same as someone else and... Let me ask you, why does one person with the same set of tools and weapons as another person, why can one have amazing success and another have moderate success? What differs between the two if they've got the same tools and weapons? I would say that this is, like I said, the glue to it all, to a successful business, to getting you more traction, getting more clients, getting you more success, and if you don't have this it's definitely been holding you back.

Now, the key one thing is confidence in the path, absolute belief in the path, blind faith in the path. I'll explain or extrapolate what I mean by that. You can have tools, you can have weapons, you can have a roadmap, you can have whatever it might be, but where a lot of people go wrong is not having the belief in themselves, not having belief in the path, not having the belief in the tools, and so as a result they only half pull the trigger on stuff. They only half execute stuff. They only stick with things for a few days before changing and going somewhere else, or alternatively on the other end of the path they never get out of the starting blocks. They don't pull the trigger on any of it. They've got the weapons and tools, they go and get some more, they do a little bit more research and then that research leads to other stuff and then they do more research about that and they get into this endless loop of consuming information but never actually actioning anything and never actually getting results.

Now, confidence and belief come from a couple of different things, and confidence and belief in the path, in the tools, and confidence and belief in the journey and sticking with it comes from one, taking action and seeing quick results. Now, any strategy out there that is a slow burner is the worst strategy there is. If you think about your clients, if you said, "Hey, I've got this training programme and it's amazing and if you stick with it for six months you will have the results of your dreams, but the result won't come until a day before the end of the six months, so you've got to stick with this and you have blind faith for five and three quarters months and you will see no results whatsoever, and then when you wake up the next day you'll be exactly where you want to be for the rest of your life." It sounds amazing and you would say, "Okay, cool. Well, if that can get you there, then that sounds like a good path," but the problem is, being humans, we like to see confirmation of what we're doing, right?

Now, even if this plan, this path, was the best, the most absolutely perfect thing, no one would execute something for five and a half months, for example, without seeing any results, without quitting, without looking for something else, without questioning it, and this is why quick results strategies are incredibly important on the early stages of your journey, coupled with the medium and long-term strategies, because you need to do something today and you need to get a result today or tomorrow, see a tangible result, because then that makes you go, "This is working. I'm going to do it again, I'm going to do it again, I'm going to do it again," and lo and behold, how... They say, "How do you eat an elephant?"

Okay, how do you do something massive? It's one bite at a time, one step at a time, all of the sayings, but you need to have confirmation that that first step should make you do the second step, do the third step and the fourth step, otherwise most people would do step one, maybe do step two, then think about it and go, "I haven't got any results. Maybe this isn't for me. Maybe this doesn't work. Try something else. Stop. Reverse," so on and so forth, so they never keep down the path.

So A, you need to have a proven path. You need to have a proven path that gets you quick results, fast results, and then you need to have a proven path that gets you the fast results and gets you the long-term results without either of them cannibalising or conflicting with themselves. The long-term results are what's important, that what's going to get you to where you want to be long-term. It's important, because short-term results without anything after is of no use, but a plan that only gets long-term results, where that short-term results will never be followed for long enough, we also, we might have the discipline to do it. Unfortunately, no we don't. As humans, we do things for a certain period of time. If we don't see results we question it, and that questioning is what makes us look for other things, reverse back, try new things, whatever it is. It's the absolute belief, and belief comes from taking action, seeing result, and so you need to have a plan that couples fast results with long-term results and doesn't cannibalise either one.

Two, you need to have absolute confidence in the plan to even take action in the first place, and that's why being around other individuals who are doing what you want to do is key. Whether that's your mentor, for example, my clients with me, getting help from someone who has been there and done that, because you're like, "All right, cool. Whatever this person tells me I'm going to do because obviously it works," but in addition to that, it's being around other people who are in the journey with you, who are a day ahead of you, a week ahead of you, a month ahead of you, six months ahead of you so you can see the results, you can have the confidence that you're on the right path, you can work together, and that's what they talk about a community, a business minded success driven community.

You've got the mentor, but then you've got the other people that are a little bit closer to where you are, and that's what gives you that time and time again confidence, absolute belief that you're in the right place, that what you're doing is going to work. You can see it happening elsewhere and then lo and behold, you stick to the plan, you take action, you get the results and then everything just keeps building from there.

So this is the key. Really, really being around a great community of winners who have done or are doing what you want to do and having a great community of people who aren't just years ahead of you, having some that are years ahead of you so that you can see what's coming, but having some that are days ahead of you, weeks ahead of you, months ahead of you, and that's something we pride ourselves on in the TribeFit team, in the TribeFit client community, is having people from all walks of life at different stages of the journey, so when you come in you're able to buddy up with those people and have that proof and have that absolute belief and bounce off each other, but then also have the people who are a year, two years, five years ahead of you so you can see the promised land of where they are and where you will be in due time.

So hopefully that makes sense. This is the glue to any successful entrepreneur business, and if you don't have that and you're like a silo, island by yourself, and you find that you chop and change, you question yourself, you don't have confidence, you don't get the results you need, then this is one thing you need to fix. It's very, very important, so put focus and time into building your mastermind of like-minded people who are on the same journey ahead of you, and you will see dramatically how your success rate dramatically goes through the roof.
