The 2 Secret Things ALL Successful Online Personal Trainers Have

Hey, guys! Chris, here, from TribeFit and today, I wanted to take you though the two secret things that all successful online fitness trainers have.

                                                      The first thing I want to go through is, pretty much, the system you need to have in place once you do get online clients in place. Pretty much the most important thing, and where I find a lot of people fall down in, is when they get a new online fitness client, they don't have the systems, the right structures, or the automated process to deliver their programmes in the right way so that they don't spend too much time doing the admin day in and day out, and they don't pull their hair out when they get a new client. What I find a lot of people do, and one of the biggest mistakes that can happen in this first aspect that I'm talking about, is if you don't have the systems, you don't have the structures, to actually be able to scale and take on five or ten clients in any given day without pulling your hair out, without capping out your time and hitting the ceiling on your time because you're spending too much of your own time delivering those programmes, supporting those clients, and customising everything and doing everything from scratch, as a result, you can only ever grow to a certain level. You'll always be capped with your time and the amount of clients you can get on.

                                                      You need to have the right systems in place. You need to setup your programmes in the right way, as well, so that when new clients come onboard, you can easily take on new clients onboard the media programmes, deliver your programmes in an automated format through your systems, and let your systems do most of the heavy lifting for you. That way your new clients will come in, they'll get what they need, they'll love you, they'll get great results, they'll tell everyone about you, and you get more word of mouth new clients come in. But at the same time, you won't be pulling your hair out, you won't be doing too much admin, and you'll still be able to put aside time and energy and focus into getting new clients onboard. Having a consistent flow of new clients coming in, without capping out your time and without getting blocked on how big you can grow. That's the first thing you have to have in place.

                                                      Secondly, once you do have that in place, the second spot where most people fall down and don't have the success that they need to have an online fitness space, is having the right systems, having the right structures to it, attract and bring on new leads, new clients in a day to day, month to month, week by week, consistent and predictable format. You need to have the right things in place. You need to have the right funnel in place, the right systems in place, to be able to daily bring in leads predictably, consistently, all year round so that you know every time you wake up, whether it's everyday, every week, every month, depending on how many clients you actually want, that you know you can consistently, literally, and predictably have a lead or a client coming. Sitting in your inbox in any given day without you having to do the hard work, the grind, and spend all your time and energy chasing clients day in and day out.

                                                      Once you've got those two things in place, once you have the first system that can bring in consistently and predictably leads, high quality, high motivated leads that are gonna turn into high paying clients, once you've got that in place and then you have the right systems in place to actually deliver your programmes, so you're doin it as hands off as possible for yourself so you can continue to scale without pulling your hair out, once you have those two things in place, then you can consistently bring on new clients and spend your time helping those clients. Getting them a great result so that they know, "I can trust you." But then also, having the time and energy to continually focus on bringing in new clients. You have the ability to scale, you have that leverage system in place as well, and you have that time and freedom to be able to spend doing other things that you love in your day, whether that's with your family, with your friends, or doing anything else that you love.

                                                      So they're the two things you need to have in place. And the two spaces, the two spots, that I find most people that move in the online format, most new online coaches where they go wrong and where they fall down, is if they don't have those two things in place. So make sure you have those two in place. Without that, you will be in a lot of pain. You won't be able to get to the successes you want. Once you do have them in place, you'll find out how easy and predictably it is to get new clients, highly motivated, high paying, new clients coming onboard, deliver your programmes, get them great results, and at the same time, have more impact, take on more clients, and not be pulling your hair out at the same time.
